Terms of service are reflecting the current stage of HansaChat and a subject to change as the product evolves.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HansaChat, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

HansaChat is a team communication platform provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not share your account with others

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HansaChat and its operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Data Loss and Backup

While we strive to maintain data integrity, we do not guarantee that data will not be lost or corrupted. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any important information transmitted through the service.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HansaChat is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
